Exercise Dusk Destress Yoga in Dubai Media City
Dubai, United Arab Emirates, 29 November 2020: After a long day at work, give your body some much needed exercise, find your zen and calm your mind with a Dubai Media City Dusk Destress Yoga session.
Set against the stunning waterfront backdrop of Dubai Media City’s famous lake, the 60-minute gentle Vinyasa yoga sessions are held in partnership with Core Direction and their team of yoga gurus. The rejuvenating and destressing classes will take place every Sunday at 6:00pm, starting on 29 November and are open to community members and the wider public.
Those wishing to take part in the open-air yoga classes will have to book in advance using the Core Direction App. Attendees are required to arrive 15 minutes before sessions starts to allow time for registration. They are also required to bring their own water, yoga mat and towel in line with the COVID-19 health safety measures issued by the relevant authorities.
Members of the Dubai Media City community will receive a 50% discount sent by email. If they haven’t received the code, they can share their details with us on Instagram @dxbmediacity.
